Eight: Alexander the Great, Hannibal, Julius Caesar, Saladin, Jan III Sobieski, Napoleon Bonaparte, Horatio Nelson and Georgy Zhukov. Each is tied to the battle that made his name, from Gaugamela to Berlin.
